Why repipe your system?

In homes made before 1970 repiping is an absolute must. It saves from the constant hassle of dealing with one leak after another. Pipes made during this time were made from cast iron or galvanized steel. These materials are sturdy but over time they deteriorate and corrode. In the present pipes are either CPVC and PEX or copper which has antibacterial properties. Both work very well for a plumbing system.

It’s important to know that during a system replacement, pipes included are all water lines from where the main lines enter your house. This includes all lines heading to washing machines, baths, sinks and more. With a new system you are ensuring efficient water flow with no damage to the property and less money spent in the long run.
